What We Do
We cultivate children’s social, emotional, intellectual and physical development while invigorating their curiosity and love for learning. Our multi-age classrooms offer collaborative learning to help the children develop a sense of community and social development. We bring with us not only a passion for children and a belief in the Montessori method of learning, but also combined experience and knowledge from over 20 years of Montessori teaching.

Blue Heron Montessori School, a 501(c)3 program, serving children ages 18 months to 6 years, located in Bellingham, WA. Our school is the realized passion of dedicated individuals who are committed to providing an educational environment that is supportive of the unique spirit of each child.
